Broaster® Pressure Fryers are the only equipment authorized for producing the world’s most delicious chicken – Genuine Broaster Chicken®. They are the best value among pressure fryer options, ideal for food service operations that range from low volume to high volume output.
Broaster Company offers a choice of three pressure fryer models. Each features a different size, product capacity and power requirements. From our highly intuitive control panel, to a lid designed for easy one-hand maneuvering, our system builds safety and ease of operation into each unit in ways other pressure fryers don’t.
Our Pressure Fryers round cooking well design is engineered for consistent heat distribution, durability and efficiency. The full stainless-steel construction of retains heat better, eliminates oxidation and reduces crumb carbonization on the well surface. In addition, the round well promotes vortex action and even heat distribution versus regular cooling wells that tend to have hot or cold spots.
There is no way to get the juicy, tender and flavor from our Genuine Broaster Chicken® Menu unless you are using the proper equipment of a Broaster Pressure Fryer.
